Cosmas is a Managing Associate at MAGNUS. He has an extensive background for dispute resolution and litigation cases including but not limited to Bankruptcy/Insolvency, Commercial Arbitration, Contractual Disputes, General Commercial Litigation, Compliance/Anti-Corruption/Anti-Bribery & Internal Investigation, Administrative Law, Debt Restructuring, Family & Marital Law, and Labor and Employment Law. He successfully represented one of the biggest drilling companies in Indonesia with respect to debt collections under a cooperation scheme of renewable power plants with a value of IDR104 Billion and succeeded in representing the company in the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) petition from creditors as a sub-contractor.
He obtained his extensive experience by being an attorney in several law firms in Indonesia. He previously acted as Associate at a corporate and litigation firm in Jakarta, and was in charge of handling all of the firm’s litigation cases. In 2019, he joined MAGNUS and has since successfully lead, won and settled a number of litigation cases.
Cosmas received his Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Lampung, Bandar Lampung, specializing in Private law. He is also registered as a licensed advocate of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
