Aji was previously an Associate (Head of Corporate and Commercial Law Division) at A.M. Oktarina Counsellors at Law, Jakarta. He joined the firm as an Associate since 2017 and he was in charge to supervise the other subordinate lawyers. Subsequently, he joined Bayuputra Hutasoit Ganie as a Senior Associate in 2018. During his time as Senior Associate at BHG, he was the go-to lawyer for Corporate and Commercial transactions and has had the opportunity to assist some of the most notable clients in Indonesia. Together with Pascal and Marco, he founded Magnus Law Offices in 2019, with the aim of providing higher quality legal services to his clients.
Aji has been handling transactions relating to corporate and commercial law, finance, land and property, mining, digital technology, intellectual property, foreign investment, company establishment, employment, and capital market.
Aji graduated from the Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University, Semarang, Indonesia in 2013, specializing in commercial law. In 2015, he obtained his Advanced Master of Laws degree under International Civil and Commercial Law Advanced Master Program from Leiden University, The Netherlands.
