Pascal is a founding Partner of MAGNUS. He received his Advanced Master of Law Degree (LL.M Adv) from Leiden University, the Netherlands, under the Advanced Master of International Civil and Commercial Law program in 2015. He received his Bachelor of Law Degree from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta Indonesia in 2010, specializing in economic and business law.

Pascal has substantial and unique experience both as the attorney and in-house counsel of a business institution in Indonesia. He started his practice as an in-house counsel for a local mining company. Since resigning as part of the legal staff, he joined one of Indonesia’s most renowned corporate law firms, for approximately seven years. During his time, he was mostly in charge of assisting and representing foreign clients and investors in both cross border transactions and domestic legal matters. Having studied and graduated in Leiden, the Netherlands, at one of the best law schools in Europe also played a significant role in assisting the firm’s foreign clients.

In 2017, he decided to resign from his position at the firm and subsequently established his own corporate law firm. After more than a year, Pascal decided to resign as Managing Partner, to pursue his vision of establishing his own firm with broader line of legal practice which encompasses both corporate legal services as well as civil and criminal litigation services with the current partners in MAGNUS.

Pascal has extensive experience in various cross border transactions, foreign direct/indirect capital investment, merger & acquisitions, energy and natural recourses, entertainment, corporate restructuring, and employment. He also has extensive experience in leading numerous legal due diligence and legal audits on business companies engaged in a wide range of industries such as mining, telco, automotive industry, information technology (IT), tourism, etc
